As a marketing automation integration and analytics expert, Dion Jones understands the challenges of integrating Adobe Marketing Cloud and Oracle Eloqua to support personalisation and campaign optimisation. He has led enterprise Eloqua deployments for brands like Penton, Cisco, AVID, and McAfee — strategically designing Markie winning campaigns, driving advanced personalisation, and helping generate billions in revenue.

Dion has also worked closely with both Oracle and Adobe teams, guiding enterprise marketers through some of Eloqua’s most complex use cases. That's why he's proud to be part of Enautics, a leading provider of cloud solutions that help businesses streamline their workflows and achieve better results.

Jackson Hilaire

Jackson has over 10 years of experience in Higher Education, specialising in domestic and international student recruitment and admissions. Helping institutions attract, support and retain a diverse student body is a passion of his.

His career has also expanded into the customer experience space, where he served as a Customer Experience Coordinator within Local Government, streamlining process improvement and enhancing community engagement. In addition to his work in education and government, he has successfully implemented Oracle SaaS solutions within a range of sectors.

On the weekends you will find him on his kayak, or chasing his children somewhere in the great outdoors.

I have 15 years’ experience in delivering enquiry to acceptance conversion improvement through digital marketing practices in the Higher Education space. I have strengths in marketing automation implementation, CRM campaign execution and email strategy, including the development of user journeys, creating dynamic content emails, analysing segment data and dissecting data analysis to help drive and improve email communications.  

I am a passionate leader with extensive people management and leadership experience. I lead with empathy while striving to build high performing team members to execute high standard deliverables. I have over 15 years’ experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.

Rima joined us in February 2024 to discuss the impact of marketing automation at Victoria University, their omni-channel approach and personalisation to prospective and enroled students.

A highly creative and positive personality with more than 15 years experience in the sales & marketing arena. I have been highly motivated to make the most of each and every opportunity presented, and when there is no opportunity I look to create one for the greater good of the customer, company, colleagues and myself.

With experience selling and marketing across multiple channels including direct, B2B, business partners and online, I've accumulated a wealth knowledge that I like to leverage and share with the people I do business with.  For the last 12 years I have been working with global software companies including CRM, Business Intelligence and Marketing Automation, and taking these to market within the Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail and Financial Services Industries.

With an academic background in commerce and social psychology, it provides the basis for a greater understanding of the social dynamics in business and how to forge meaningful relationships regardless of the person's role or temperament.
