Summary

Reviewing logged Service Requests has revealed some patterns of enquiry, questions about certain Eloqua functions. Looking at the most popular type of enquires, they look like this:

Emails 13%
Integration 12%
Campaign Canvas 12%
Forms 10%
Complex functionality 9%
Then a mix of enquiries.

Integration is difficult to cover during the User Group Webinar given it varies significantly from client to client.

After a careful review of these, we've arrived at this month's agenda.
